    Well Maca , plenty people swear by them though being an inveterate chipper myself back in the eighties
    I suffered some catastrophic failures , an attempt to wring 250bhp from a Renault 5 turbo amongst them .
    The game has moved on nowadays as regards remapping and I think your probably right as regards not
    ragging it , doughnuts and wheelspinning puts added stress on the Gearbox , Clutch and Drivetrain and
    inevitably leads to expense

    Most people I have spoken to with regards to this car comment on the 3l V6 TD as used in the XF/Range Rover also, they tell me that this engine has the robustness to handle the extra power but as I said in the previous post, only time will tell if it is upto it.
