    I'll definately take a look and report back. Before i go mad with this one do you mean the mondeo estate part worked with with your saloon x type or estate version?

    Chaz, the X Type floorpan is shared with the Estate version of the Mondeo. As Oilspill says above some parts are shared. Other FM have fitted other suspension parts, baby arms, which upset the alignment.

    Hi Chazx, , yes these particular control arms are common to both the saloon and estate version of the x type (as is the rest of the suspension!)

    They are a slightly different shape but the critical dims are the same, as in they don't create negative camber at the rear.

    Basically the Mondeo Mk3 estate sub frame, it has a "hole" for the dif. Not the saloon or hatch back model.

    Yes these are the 'baby arms' which are different.
