Milltek, QuickSilver and Spires all do performance exhausts for both XK and XKR in 4.2 and 5.0 formats. Try a google.

Any cat-back exhaust for XKR will fit the XK (assuming same engine capacity), you just need to change the rear valance on your XK for the XKR type so the tailpipes will fit.

To add to that list, you also have Mina Gallery in the US (California I think), they're popular over there.

As this a modification surely you would need to inform your insurance company, or your policy would be invalid ?
I have owned 35 cars in my time which range from a Mini, 2CV,l Land Rover etc. to a Jaguar XJ a Porsche and many Mercedes. My current car is a 2007 Jaguar XK which is my third Jag and also have a 2009 Mitsubishi Colt as a little run around.

Like Thomas says, yes you would.

I've always wondered about this. Let's say you buy an XKR but aren't overly interested in motoring, just like a nice vehicle to get from A-B. Previously in it's life some owner has swapped the centre section for a stage 1 setup (X pipe). The person / dealer you purchased from either did not know or did not inform you, you are not aware that such a mod even exists and believe the car to be fully stock. Where do you stand with insurance there? Obviously it's an undeclared mod and in the event of an accident could render your policy void. However expecting all owners to know the exact factory spec and complete history of the car seems unrealistic. (Sorry if this is a thread hijack)

Back on thread, EAPJ (if they will ship stateside) have a good rep.

I have now ordered an XKR rear box and rather than paying £150 for the XKR rear diffuser from teh dealer, I devided to spend a little more and went for the Prince rear diffuser. Looks very nice from the photo's on their website. Hoping to get them both fitted next week. I will do before and after pictures and video for teh sound difference.

Well, finally got my XKR exhaust and new rear diffuser fitted today. I am absolutely over the moon with the look and sound and always have the option to revert back to standard when selling the car if I want. Throttling the car now returns a fantastic sound and keeping the throttle back sounds as it did before, so can keep it quiet if needed. I really do love this sound from the car and I think it makes the rear end look wider, with the quad tips and new rear diffuser.

I have taken a before and after video, let me know what you think. Quality of video is just from my iPhone so not perfect.
