    Straight pipe on 1995 XJR

Hey Guys, I just picked up a 1995 XJR a couple weeks ago... so far love the car... have been slowly fixing a few things on it and working on removing some of the dash lights that I bought it with.. It has a couple exhaust leaks underneath the front and rear seats, my question is if I fit in a straight pipe basically just after the manifolds to the mufflers and cut out the cats will that affect my performance and air/fuel ration enough to cause problems? I realize my CEL will come back but I can live with that for now trying to stick to my budget.

    Thanks!

Depends which Edmonton you live in.

If you live in the UK, do you want to get an MOT on it?

I live in Edmonton, Canada. MOT or emissions are not an issue... the way the exhaust is right now is a much bigger issue. More or less curious about performance or how a straight pipe without cats will affect everything
