Anyone regret buying the f pace

My wife and I are considering trading in our Infiniti QX80 and buying an F pace. I know that it's not usually the best idea to buy a 1st model year vehicle. Does anyone regret purchasing a 17?

No regrets at all and very pleased with performance and MPG after 1650 miles.
Drive line vibration does not seem normal at 68-72MPH And I will be taking this up with my dealer.

Can I ask you did you consider or test any other AWD products from the JLR stable or indeed any other manufacturer.
I realise of course they are a recent model but still comparatively a rare sight

I tested the f pace as well at the Land Rover LR4. My wife really liked the f pace. We love the qx80, but looking for something a little smaller with better fuel economy.

I see a second hand one advertised on Ebay for £46500 down in Cornwall. Probably a first.

I just wonder what sort of buyer is in the market for an F Pace and on what basis they would purchase one.
Is it the initial exclusivity, can the Jaguar heritage be applied to such a vehicle, indeed does it even matter.
It just seems to me to be "Brand Stretching" and I wonder about its success and where its likely to draw
    its ownership from.

The new Discovery has shrunk substantially, I think the old model was pitched too close in both spec and price
to the Range Rover and as such has been slightly repositioned in the Market Place.
