It seems common for supercharged cars to run a bit "fat/rich" on the air fuel ratio. Do you all think the stock ECU will manage this extra boost from time to time just fine? This is for everyday driving not track days as this car is not going to the track any day soon. I'm sure a "tune" will increase the numbers but perhaps at the expence of say only running 93 octane, days that are below 90-95 degrees, ect. My concern is having found out that the ECU will revert to backup programs when certain conditions or parameters are met and then the tune is effectively "lost". I'm I wrong or is there something else?
