Hi guys. I have a 2007 Jaguar XF Premium Luxury which I actually seldom drive...... less than 13K done to date, so not sure when the issue I have started. I have an iPhone paired with the car and whilst I can receive calls, the contacts are not downloading to the car. The consequence of this is I cannot make calls from the car screen, recent called etc. I am wondering if the issue is with the iOS version not supported by the vehicle software...... I am using iOS 11.4 on on iPhone 6 Plus........... this functionality DID work in the past. Can this be resolved ? Thanks

Possibly year of car is too old for the recent IOS

my 2010 is doing similar things. The iPod dock doesn’t like it and kicks the sound out after a minute.
Plug an iPhone 3GS in and it works a treat.

My 2010 XJ works pretty much flawlessly with my iPhoneX with iOS 12.1.2 (slow, but all functions work with the exception of charging, which is a bit of a crapshoot).

Not much help for the 2007 XF, I'm afraid, but another data point at least!
