    It was the crank sensor, has a new one now and is running sweet again.

    And a very special thanks to you for bothering to come back and tell us the result.

    So many people come on this forum, ask questions about specific problems and despite receiving lots of advice never come back to tell us what happened. Answers like this add to our knowledge of fixes to potential problems.

    I had a vauxhall that would run perfecly untill it was hot then cut out every time it was the crank sensor but did not show up a cps code, try that first as it is the easy place to start.
