    Arh the Turbo charger codes.

Its either the Turbo actuators seized. Thatís a fun job to locate.
If itís been idleing with black smoke a lot while fault finding that could explain it.
Or maybe jags have a boost thing Iím not aware off.
Search the forums in here. I thing you will get info.

If it is the actuators I would recommend wynns. Vvt cleaner. Purple bottle

    White smoke means injector problems.

    Shown by high offsets.

    Didnít we start here ?

It's got quite bad... Before there was a buildup and upon revving it would smoke now its just literally pumping it out without even revving... I got a guy coming over to egr delete dpf delete and remap.. Once that's done then will look further Into injectors as the car right now is reading a dpf present while physically it's not and that could also be causing the excessive smoking which is way more than before and hopefully will get rid off the rp issue...

Oh of course DPF cycle adds fuel. Maybe that is the cause.

You should research that Turbo code in the meant time

I am as we speak.... Got the jlr and mongoose out and cleared all the codes as before was using eobd facile... Cleared all the codes and upon putting on ignition 2 without starting and scanning all codes cleared but the one the crops up everytime is the p0405 aka the exhaust gas reciculation sensor A low... Can that put the car into restricted performance and if so egr delete from the ecu should fix that right? Also a weak battery even though fully charged can it crop up codes such as the egr one above or any others?

Got plans for finding someone willing to break the law to do the EGR delete?

And you're willing also to break the law?

Maybe just fix the fault instead!

As I understand things now, the DPF removal will fail the MOT. Even if the cars ECU has been tricked into thinking it shouldn't have one & there are no warning lights etc, the DVSA data base will know it should have one & emissions test it on that basis. The soot particulate content will then be a failure.

Again, no first hand experience, but I gather it can be a problem on the 2.2 X type with the electronic EGR. There are gadgets that you can get to plug in in place of the EGR to try to trick the system as ECU EGR deletes still throw up fault codes/lights. I looked into it when I was having EGR issues with our X type & apparently it can't be completely written out from the original software. No idea if it's the same for the 2.7 S type though.

Get the ecu remapped and then you can give it a drive.

Add this to the fuel tank.
