Visit to Jaguar at Castle Bromwich

Hi, I have been given two tickets for a tour of the Jaguar Factory at Castle Bromwich. Probably going from Edinburgh to Birmingham by train, as will then go onto London. Can anyone tell me the best way to get to Castle Bromwich from New Street station. Thanks.

Hope that it doesn’t close before you get there!
Big announcement due from JLR Thursday 10th January and rumors are rife about mothballing a plant in Brazil and the future of Castle Bromwich as saloon car sales have collapsed in favour of SUVs. Watch the ITV central west midlands news Thursday 10th Sky 176 for a possible feature by a Jaguar enthusiast.

New St Station is right in the centre of Birmingham - the Castle Bromwich plant is a few milles out on the east side. There are probably buses that would get you there but a taxi would be the easiest way and I wouldn't think it would be too expensive.

Hope that you enjoy the visit as much as I did the one with the JOC a few years ago.

A great day out but they got a bit sniffy when I asked if they had a "Seconds Shop" at the factory!

I’m vacationing in the UK during June and July, and wondered if I could get a factory tour myself. Any suggestions?

    Hey thanks amigo!
The VIP tour looks good. It’s too late right now with the time difference but I’m fixing to call them tomorrow.
    Thanks again.
