I never park mine in a supermarket car park!

Whilst some may be able to get in via the tailgate, it would be unwise for me to try it: By the time I reached the driver’s seat I would be in an unfit state to drive!

The issue isn't restricted to supermarkets: prats park too close wherever there is the opportunity!

Too true, but I have avoided any dings so far, and do what I can to keep it that way. I am lucky in that my XK is not my daily runner, so I can choose where and when to take it.

Now that the last of them has left home, my boys tried to get me into an XKR. Test drove a 2014 model, but as it would be my daily I couldn't live with the big doors and low seating for just those reasons.

So I ordered an XF and middle son bought the XKR.

How did we get here from X351 tow-bars?

I am something of an expert at the tennis-elbow-hand game.

I trust that you get to drive the XKR as often as you like!

If you want to tow a caravan, get a Transit, not an XJ Jaaaaag.
