    just noticed the front bush are listing 19mm/20mm in poly bush's have they done this due to wear on the anti roll bar

    Mostly! But people do forget they are not the same, so similar that they fit the Ford part, unfortunately both stamped Ford, and throw the geometry out by a few mm! Outcome? Shredded tyres!

    Did you try the 2p trick placed under the flat part of the bush ?

    i did that on my last jag it worked for a while, so with this car i made myself a promise to replace with poly bush,s also if the anti roll bar is worn i can make the hole to what ever size it needs

    I put poly ones on my 2.0d about 5 years ago ( probably 30,000 miles ish ) and they are still going strong with no problems

    Why do people keep suggesting that wedging a disc of a disimilar metal on a vital suspension component is a "good fix"? FFS. Once you have snapped the rear ARB, or it's rotted away I'm sure that 2p will go a long way towards the cost of the new ARB bar. It's £12 for a set of bushes......
