Ensure bluetooth is enabled on your phone and try again.

    Welcome to the forum.

As your post is not really about "using the forum", you really would be better posting in the specific area for your car:

Bluetooth was enabled I think the problem is elsewhere.

Dial ##3#*# on the touchscreen then hit send.

Make sure phone is discoverable. Select Jaguar when it appears and take the pair option.

    Passcode should be 1313

This only enables the pairing of the phone for telephone calls. You need other aftermarket options to enable media playing / sharing between phone and the Car's entertainment system.

If your phone is fairly new it might just be incompatible. I had real trouble getting a Google Pixel to pair, where my older HTC worked fine. I think it's to do with the improvements made to Bluetooth in recent years, but our cars are looking for an earlier Bluetooth version. If you still have trouble you can buy an fm adapter that plugs into the cigarette lighter. You then pair your phone to that and tune it to an unused FM station on the cars radio (87.5 is good so I'm told). Bit of a workaround but that should also let you stream music from your phone too.
