    Not able to Regist my Vehicle on https://incontrol.jaguar.com

    Hi,

    I am trying to register my vehicle on the
    https://incontrol.jaguar.com

    but it is giving me error saying
    "This vehicle is not yet ready for you to activate InControl services. Please contact your Jaguar dealer."

    Please suggest how to proceed with it .

    Exactly what it says.

    The supplying dealer needs to register the car with the supplier of the InControl system, using codes supplied by Jaguar.

    My supplying dealer failed to do so and denied there was a problem.

    Took me three months and three visits to the local service centre to get it registered, but only after the intervention of Jaguar Customer Services.

    Thanks and appreciate your quick reply .
    I have given this to our Dealer but they says that they are not able to register my vehicle as it needs inControl PRo which is not there in my model .

    But When is went to their site , they have given the following steps to configure

    and I did configured all these steps . So it means the inControl PRO services are available .

    Can you please help me which regions team maintain these connected Incontrol Services ?
    Do you have some contact details of their core team who can assist in setting up this code ?
