Hi all, I have a 1979 Daimler Sovereign 4.2, got the car back on the road after about 2 years being laid up and both fuel tanks are not registering anything on the fuel gauge. The gauge seems to work fine when I ground it and the changeover switch seems to work so leads me to think the sender units may have failed. Does anyone know what the resistance range should be from the ‘empty’ position to ‘full’ - both sides are showing about 250ohms which is barely moving the needle.
