    Have you considered having the wheels wrapped in your colour of choice? There's several YouTube videos on the subject.

    I don’t think the star alloys look good in gloss black. They look good as they are, I’d happily swap for 18” black matrix alloys though or if I can find a real cheap set of black venoms instead.

    It does work well in real life, pictures don’t do it justice. I had the matt chrome grille and other trim pieces on the car for 2 years from new and now I’ve changed to black pack it does give the front a more menacing look to it. It does now match up with the rest of the black trim too.

    The Matt chrome side vents looked especially out of place, not really matching with anything looking side on, the rear S valance finishes off the gloss black look on the rear too and fits round the tailpipes much better than the dull black plastic standard R-Sport valance.

    Was always my long term intention to do the conversion to the black pack which is why I optioned the gloss black window trim and not chrome.

    If it’s not for you that’s your choice, would be boring if we all liked the same thing though?
