Pirelli have just produced the P5 again that was fitted as OE to the series 3 XJ cars. They make the sizes 205/70WR15 P5 and 215/70Wr15 P5 again (the 225/65R15 P5 has been around for about a year now)

In 1977 Jag asked Pirelli to make them a tyre specially for their Luxury saloons the XJ6 & Xj12 and in 1979 Pirelli came up with their P5 which is now actually homologated by Jag with the J designation.

and the price is really good.

Good post Dougal, the prices are certainly better this time around. They were expensive the last time they were manufactured.
