    Poor customer service

    I am getting fed up with the service from Jaguar, I had major problems renewing my incontrol app, with NO help from JCS I managed eventually to get it renewed. I now have an issue with the recording of jouneys on the app, I have not had a journey recorded since the end of August. All other functions of the app work fine. I have tried to contact customer services numerous times but to no avail. I have been a Jaguar customer for 13 years but the service is now getting attrocious.
    If any one from Jaguar is reading this can you please contact me.
