    Dear all, Bought the XJS a few weeks ago and the bonnet release cable had snapped. A new one has been fitted but after (gently) pushing the corners into the mechanism they don't catch. When I try and engage the lever, pulling it upwards to lock the bonnet in place it pushes the bonnet up. My...
