New owner of 1999 3.2 Jaguar XJ8 Executive. Key fob was working fine, but it started loosing range till it stopped. I changed the batteries and it worked for a bit, then it stopped again. I checked the connection of the antenna, but it was fine. I cleaned the fob inside, as some...

I've got a wheel with a non concentric inside rim proving difficult to balance well.
Is there still a cold straightening process available?
I'm looking for a cheap fix, but not if it knackers the wheel structure.
I've seen it done heated and rims re finished, but a full refurbished...
