Nick Morley who fronts the operation has been made bankrupt, he cannot run a business in his own name, go through companies house you will see it is not registered to him, he has folded NM Jags And Usedjags so many times and ripped off so many people for their well earned money.

Take a look at the company history: NM Jags Temple Cloud, NM Jags Guerney Slade, NM Jags Weston Super Mare, Usedjags/NM jags Bedminster now NMjags Whitchurch. A lot of business addresses in a five or six year period and a lot of changes of names, but the crooks remain the same, Ann Bailey, Nick Morley, Martin James. Do your homework on these people they are not good people.

Don't worry about the idle threats of their legal department in the thread above, they don't have a pot to urinate in, let alone have an independent legal team the whole set up is one big scam, there may well be the odd person who has had a good experience, but that was more luck than judgement. I know these people and heed my advice steer clear, the thread above from them refuting the claims is just utter garbage.
NM Jags defend your company movements and name changes and director changes, tell the truth you cannot be taken to court for slander when the spoken words are the truth!!!!

If you want to buy a Jaguar go else where and for the love of god do not consider a sale of return deal with these people you will be lucky to see your money you have been warned.

The 'new' company looks like it's folded too. So watch out for them opening up again in the near future! That is FIVE NM Jags companies folded now, I don't know how or why the law allows them to get away with it.

Update on Usedjags NMjags.

Nick Morley and two others have been charged with multiple criminal counts and will be appearing in Crown Court early 2014. Thanks to publicity on this and other forums there are over 100 witness statements.

Justice may at last be done.

I cannot comment any further and as soon as there are any further updates I will post here.

Four or Five years ago when searching for a Car, I looked at NM Jags adverts every week and was so grateful when the first of these threads started to appear and reappear when this company reinvented itself so many times, as I very well could have been one of the many left with a legal battle for a Car which I technically didn't own. It is unfortunate that like many other subjects on this otherwise excellent Forum, some users feel the need to start a new thread even though the subject has been covered many times, fair enough that's human nature, however sometimes, as can often be seen, its the oldest thread that gets brought to the fore, one which might not always be the thread with the latest information and I believe that such an issue as important as this one, may very well be the reason Mark is making sure all these threads are up to date and I for one thank him. I would also suggest that over the years the Moderators of the Forum could have amalgamated many important multiple thread topics, of which this subject is only one.

Doug.
