My S type has had a few sudden faults pop up

1st one is the ABS warning on the dash

2nd is the cruise isn't working

The funny thing is 8hrs previous it was fine.

I have scanned the car repeatedly and no codes show.

Any Help greatly appreciated :-D

what scanner are you using it. I found that the elm was not much help with that problem when ever I had that code I normally found that if it was the battery playing up that once i started the car again it would go away

How's the condition of the battery Henry?
The battery is only a few months old yussa 5000

however she had been sitting for 1-2 weeks and the voltage read 12.08 volts which is just above flat i believe.

i stuck her on charge for a few hrs but the faults remain.

I'm using an autophix scanner.

I'm hoping to take her oot and hope the fault disappears lol

Before now Henry i've had ABS fault show up on dash, due to battery, and the warning has gone after about 200 yards down the road. I did change sensors and everything after a while to be on the safe side, but i wouldn't be surprised if low battery has caused your issue. I could be wrong obviously. But either way i hope it's something nice and simple :-D

Did you wipe the codes out before you wrote them down?
.

if so bad bad boy. Hold your hand out and I will get the ruler but it will be a long one to reach you from here:-D

If you did not reset them you will still be able to read them. When I get ABS and it went away after driving the car the code was still there.

Not stupid, Alzheimer's Henry.

Or you would remember them in any case. ;)

Shouldn't have eaten so many Korn Fleiks with those nasty additives! :(

Which sensor?

C1365?

P0500 is vehicle speed sensor malfunction.
P0501 is vehicle speed sensor ‘A’ range.
C0037 is left rear wheel speed sensor.

I would start with the 37 code first, clear the fault on that one and it may clear the other two.
