I agree. I much prefer the 2008 styling. There is no doubt that that the 2012 XKR-S is a phenomenal car in terms of performance but I feel that, visually at least, it has lost the Jaguar 'Elegance and grace'.
2008 models are not that difficult to find, I've seen 5 for sale this year, mind you, you could pick up a decent 2009 5.0L XKR for around the same price so they don't sell quite as quickly as you might imagine.
Defintely a head turner, though. makes a standard XKR appear 'ordinary'..if that's possible.....
