As far as I can tell, you can't....
The BT system downloads your whole phone book, and stores them alphabetically.
One way around it is to load up the important numbers you need in a separate phone, pair that & download the reduced phone book to the car, then go back to your main phone. Only problem is you lose the personalised caller ID for numbers you haven't loaded (i.e. you only see the number, not the name)
Or really old school, put A, AA, AAA at the front of your priority numbers, so they are first alphabetically in the book.
