C2302 "reservoir plausibility error"

352 Views 11 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  MrKis
Hi,

my X350 shows a C2302 code, the right rear airstrut is fully pumped up, this means the car is exremeley high in the rear right.

Any experiences with that?

The plausibility code is when the compressor fail the reach x pressure in y time.
After a few hours I started the car again - it levelled correctly and the error didn't show up for another 1000 miles or so.

Untill today.

The rear is fully pumped up and restart doesn't help.
This is how it looks

That could be a problem with the rear height sensor not telling the compressor to shut off.

Anyone knows how to access that thing?

Seems to be the rear right sensor: All other readings seem to be about right.

Problem is, I'll need a week to get the car into a garage. Is there a fuse which would deactivate this particular sensor?

Unfortunately not.
They sometimes seize and the brackets rust and fall apart, so it might be something simple.
