Re-reading this I think the issue is either the MAP sensor or the motor valve feedback, one of these is causing the throttle to close when it should not. Have you gone into OBD2 yet and looked at the MAP sensor reading KOEO ?

With KOEO it's reading exactly 100kPa.
I just saw in the workshop manual that there's also a TMAP sensor down between the EGR and the intercooler, but I don't know much about it, and haven't seen its values in the iCarsoft. I assume it reads the pressure and temperature of the air coming from in intercooler, before the exhaust gas comes into the equation?
The MAP sensor values that are in the iCarsoft all seem to come from the MAP/boost sensor on the EGR, as when I disconnect that they go to zero.

Edit:
So, I also cleaned the TMAP sensor just now, the one down by the intercooler. It was a bit dirty, but not totally clogged or anything. Maybe 60% of the little red plastic bit at the centre of the cage had soot and grime on it. And now I'd say the car is 75-90% better.
Just a tiny stutter for a second or two if I lightly touch the accelerator and then let it go again, it's like the car stutters for a second and then goes back to normal.

It's pretty strange, over the last few weeks there were many varying symptoms, and every time I did something the symptoms changed slightly and the car seemed to improve. At this stage I'm wondering if I got some bad diesel somewhere, or if the fuel filter got a bit clogged, or maybe a bit of crap from the manifold/EGR fell down into the intercooler, and it's gradually clearing itself...

Bit of a strange one..

Hello I have a similar issue with a separate post however on a xtype 2009 2.2d manual. Was just wondering if you have solved the issue yet? I have the judder in low revs then seems to clear (like you mention something seems to open/clear) and I also have little puffs of smoke come from in-between the turbo and actuator when the cars struggling. I have done leak off test and getting more or less 100ml on each injector which is apparently alot so going to take each one out and clean and then check the filter. But apart from that I'm at a loose end.

If there's anything else you have found it could be helpful :)

100ml is far too much- unfortunately cleaning them won't do a thing to improve the leakoff -massive effort to no effect - if they're worn they're worn and need refurbing.
Just checking you're doing the leakoff correctly :-
2 mins at idle, then
30 secs at 3k rpm, then
30 secs at idle,
30 secs at 3k rpm, then
30 secs at idle,
30 secs at 3k rpm, then
30 secs at idle,

Max leak off should be no greater than 25ml

How did you do your test?

Ooh! That's tough then! Dunno where you are, but there's a really good guy at Leamington Spa who refurbed mine - Bob Beck
Just in Lincolnshire so not too far from there! Could a failing deisel pump/filter cause the injectors to leak off this much? I sometimes have a squeak on engine on/off just read that could be a failing deisel pump put with the other signs it's a possibility? Just odd that all 4 would go at the same point isn't it?

Swadlincote diesel also do 'em, bit closer? but maybe you have a local fuel injection specialist place if you do a Google search.
PF Jones do an exchange service, look em up.
Then you've got the issue of buying a code reader that will recode the ecu (I mean writing the new injector codes into the ecu) . But it's definitely an investment to have one!
Note :I think it's a Mangoose, but you need an early version of the software not the one that it comes with. Read reply #14 from Tombo in this thread:

Member X-files has done a post of how to test for particles in the fuel, I'll see if I can find a link to it....
Look at reply #53 in this thread :

Dunno why you have little puffs of smoke from the turbo area.... sounds a bit weird... def. shouldn't be happening... sure its not an exhaust leak from the exhaust manifold?
