Nope. I think all the issues were ironed out by then.
Earlier cars can suffer timing tensioner to guide wear. Water pumps failed early. As did some hoses. Supercharger couplers wore out, aftermarket replacements available.
Jaguar attended to these issues and the timing setup was revised in 2015.
Some members have had the instruments go off when driving, possibly related to the instrument cooling fan.

I think your main concern should be the amount of fuel it will guzzle when you get enthusiastic lol.

Well, only the usual JLR issues of rubbish door latches (about £120 for part, 90mins to fit) and some cars suffer badly with creaky sunroofs (there are various TSBs to temporarily fix some of the noises, but the root cause remains). Oh, and the electrical glitchy-ness of tired batteries.

In reality, nothing that major, and sunroof aside, all relatively cheap, easy DIY fixes
