I have purchased a genuine Jaguar part for my S-Type. It has failed.
Emailed Customer Experience and have had no reply.
Been to a jaguar dealer, they say that the sticky tape to fix it to the car is acceptable, but it does not stick.
Would you design a part to 'stick' to the side of a 145 mph car?
The part is rubbish but jaguar think it is ok.
Not acceptable..........

Can't say anything about your specific issue, but I've contacted them twice now, to get an application form for a Cert of Conformity. On both occasions they promised to send it by e-mail. With the first person I received nothing, with the second I received an e-mail promising an attachment of the app. form - but no attachment !!!

and so I wait for a reply to my e-mail telling them of no app. form received..........................................;
