Hi

I worked out how to get just the X-Type section from this website as opposed to the normal forum search.
The thread I chose was this one.
Retro fit Sat Nav
http://www.jaguarforum.com/showthread.php?t=7735

At the very top of the page, Just under >
New Posts Faq Calender Community Forum Actions Quick Links

it shows the path down to the current page as >

Hovering the mouse over X-Type shows the Url to be > http://www.jaguarforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=26
whilst hovering over > X Type Stickies shows the Url to be > http://www.jaguarforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=103

In order for google to search just for this website AND only X-Type section enter this search mask

Google > site:http://www.jaguarforum.com/forumdisplay.php "f=26"

you can omit the http:// and it still works ok i.e. > site:www.jaguarforum.com/forumdisplay.php "f=26"

This will now show only X-Type pages - 984 in this case.

Note: Drop the ? mark add a space and Don't forget the quotes around "f=26" as google uses the ? as a wildcard and will not return what you may expect it to.
To find any particular thread just append what you know or remember at the end. e.g. satnav
The X-Type search becomes > site:http://www.jaguarforum.com/forumdisplay.php "f=26" satnav
265 results

To find any other model e.g. S-Type, find an S-Type sticky and repeat the above to find the url for the S-Type Url

I hope this is helpful to anyone that cannot locate information via the forum search.
