Is this a Front Splitter?

After removing the lower mesh grille on my XS model, I discovered that the plastic cross-member is broken. I'd like to replace it but not sure whether this is a 'front splitter' or not, as it appears to be integral with vertical spines which attach to the bumper somehow. Obviously taking the whole bumper off and checking the imprinted part number would prove it but I don't want to do all that without having the replacement part to hand.
