The audible warning very low can it be increased, any suggestions please would be most helpful.

Please update your signature via the link below so we know if you have the estate or saloon. The speaker, as far as I am aware, is not adjustable so the only sensible suggestion would be to bring it into the cabin. Or to fit a reversing camera.
The funny solution would be to have someone sitting in the back while you reverse:-D
