Step 29 - Replace the ribbon cables and clips the boards back into place before joining the two halves of the box back together

Step 30 - Slide the control unit back into the centre console

Step 31 - Ensuring the panel is aligned properly, refit the 4 Philips screws

Step 32 - Reconnect the multiplug, this is just a push-fit and should click into place

Step 33 - Again, ensure the gearstick is out of the way

Step 34 - Slide the assembly back into place, be careful you don't stress the tabs, especially the top two as shown in the picture

Step 35 - Refit the 6 screws that hold the panel in

Step 36 - Align the wooden trim with the front of the dash then ensure the threaded bars slide into the holes before pressing the trim into place

Step 37 - Refit the two nylon wingnuts

Step 38 - Slide the small black plastic divider trim in

Step 39 - Reconnect the ash tray wiring then drop the unit into place

Step 40 - Refit the two Philips screws in the storage compartment

Step 41 - Clip in the black surround, note the clip arrangement that holds it in place as it pushes down

Step 42 - The leather surround is just metal spring clips which push down around the gearstick

Step 43 - Back to 'Park' then give your new heater control panel a test

Step 26 - Use solvent cleaner to remove any deposits and then re-touch all the solder joints

Step 27 - Once you have finished reworking the PCB, place it back into the enclosure

Hi. Have you pictures showing where the vacuum pipe goes please. The one that goes to the right hand fan blower box to work the air flap?
