It may be worth while writing down some stuff in words rather than relying on dodgy pictures: I can't see the picture (any more - I swear it was there a minute ago), so I can't tell when it is.

Meeting at Ludlow racecourse this morning
Display area 1 all hard standing (100 vehicles) 2,3, and 4 are grass /tarmac did i mention the cafe and restaurant... Oh and a Bar....
Area 2 parking for 75 on the racecourse itself with another 25 on the tarmac
Area 3. 100 vehicles along the track side and in front of the pavilion
Area 4 along the rear of area 1. 75 cars
If it gets busy ive got another 500 available
The restaurant seats 100 (menus will be available shorty) tea coffee snacks available
Though out the day
Multiple toilet facilities all over the complex
Space for trade and partner stalls available
Yes dogs are allowed
Yes disabled/mobility accessible
Yes vegan options are available

Ludlow Race Club Ltd Ludlow SY8 2BT
10am - 5pm
Ideally I would come up the previous weekend and spend the week up there, but I already have a booking for that week (visitors from the States) so if I can make it, it will be as two separate trips, and I am not sure that I will get pink slips for consecutive weekends - particularly while we have house guests.
Like fine wine - improved with age.
I can't stand the competition on the shirt front.
