Key fob issue.
I had both my 2009 XF key fobs upgraded today at HA Fox in Norwich.
It is apparant that earlier model key fobs suffered from internal battery backing plate problems, which causes 'low battery warning' and intermittent failure for locking and un-locking the car.
Both keys have now been fitted with new internals and new batteries under warrenty, and no more entry issues.
The staff at Fox Norwich were very helpful, and very swift in dealing with the problem.
