Locking gas door for 2018 Jaguar XE

Does anyone know if there is a kit to make the gas door lock and is the wiring harness already in the body but not hooked up to anything? I don't know why a 55K car doesn haven't a door that locks to protect the fuel. I found a link below but not sure if it will work for a 2018 model.

The fuel flap locks on UK cars. So have a look for UK schematics to see how it locks.
