hi everybody.i had a post some time ago with my problem.the engine light is on,the brake light also and the abs.the cruise not working, wipers, break lights etc.after the scan i got the codes P1638 and P1699.they are both connected with a CAN network.after many hours of tests finally i found that there is an open CAN+circuit.the question is how to find the defect.i now it can be basically everything but if anyone experience this problem i'll really appreciate any help.all the fuses are OK.thank's

According to my data, these codes indicate the problem is between the Instrument Panel and the Engine Control Module (P1638) and/or the Instrument Panel and the Air Conditioning Control Module. Chances are it's a bad connection at one of those modules. I would clean and check the two plug-in connectors to the Instrument Cluster first as it's common to both codes. Both plugs are White 26 way - don't get them mixed up!! The CAN wires are the Green and Yellow ones next to each other in the plug nearest the centre of the panel.
