Parking sensor fuse

Hi, of late I'm receiving a message upon startup saying to contact Jaguar as the parking sensors aren't working. This isn't always happening as sometimes the parking sensors will work fine. Is there a fuse for the parking sensors? I can't seem to find it on the fuse map in the instruction manual. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Hi, it sounds like you have an intermittent fault caused by the car to boot loom, a very common problem, I would look there first. Phil

Agreed, if it's intermittent, the boot loom is a very likely candidate. Won't be a fuse, they don't behave intermittently.

If it is the boot loom it is easy enough to do, first time took me about 40 mins. Phil

I don't think the wiring for the parking sensors goes through the boot loom - why would it?
Probably one of the sensors themselves. I believe when one goes it throws up a system fault.
Do you have a code reader like the iCarsoft or Autel? The fault code would identify the culprit.

If there is a reversing camera, then the boot loom could effect the parking sensors.
