There is no point in guessing. It could be very expensive to do so. Just read the code(s).
s type 3.0 engine management light on
Hi all
Coming back from work today the restricted performance message with the amber light flashed up for all of a split second then the engine light has come on and stayed on and i was wondering if anyone had any rough ideas as to what it can be as i cant get to a code reader till the weekend.The car didnt seem to lose any performance but the only thing i did notice is that if i rev the car up the dash lights and headlights are brighter then dim down slightly when the car idles again.Could a battery being on its way out cause this ?As iv got no other warning lights come on and the car seems to be running spot on in every other respect.
