Thanks for allowing me access to the group, I am a fan of the s type for comfort . I have a 2.7d RHD s type. I want to try and do more of the work myself now that I am retired. Looking forward to the challenges it will no doubt throw up, cheers

From one S-type owner to another... Welcome. The S-type forum is populated with a very friendly group and contains a wealth of knowledge.

You might want to add your general location to your profile and the car's details to the available signature line; this makes descriptions like "driver’s side" more relevant when posting to the forums...

Hi,

welcome to the club.

If you are serious on working on the car yourself you will need a jaguar scantool like an icarsoft JLR.

There is a lot of information on the cars at Jagrepair.com
