Hi Guys,

after a close inspection my box is leaking and garage would like to get it off.

The JTIS cd says "special tools" are required, the garage has identified 3 that it needs. Jagiar do not sell these tools to independents, so my questions

are these "special tools" really needed or can things be done anyway?

Thanks in advance

Re special tools, almost any so called special tool can be made by any component engineering shop if the threads/specs are known.
simply strip the box as far as possable then as the special tool is required you can measure threads ect and have it made at a lot less than stated prices.

Slide hammers are common place it is just the simple adapter on the end that you need to made.
