Hi how do I get an IP address unlocked by this forum,apparently mine has changed or something,according to virgin media

I cannot connect to the forum through my virgin media router, only by using my phone through mobile internet, virgin say it’s because this site has blocked my ip address
If you go to http://www.jaguarforum.com/sendmessage.php send a message there and you may get a better reply.

Rory, the forum administrator, fixed the problem on two occasions for me.
