You've the dreaded warm start issue, though writing warm start, some have had it from cold but I think the issues may not be totally the same.
It's quite common, there are different strategies the ECU uses for hot and cold start and I think the engine fires (or tries to) with less fuel pressure when warm, it's obviously not enough pressure.
Some have found the ECU update Jaguar offers (at cost) sorts it out, unfortunately it didn't for me and I get it every now and then.
I get around it by cranking the engine 1/2 a second longer when warm starting.
