X-Type Radio Codes

I lost the Radio Code on my 2009 X-Type SE Estate when I had a new battery fitted.
I can recommend www.radiocodes.co.uk who were able to provide the code for £15 +VAT. You need to provide your VIN on their website.

Or if it’s the original radio that came with the car from factory try pressing A.MEM, >> and PTY buttons together.

That wont work with the recent cars, from 06 I believe!! Got mine from the dealer for free!!!

Enter any code 3 times so that the display shows "PLEASE WAIT"

Simultaneously press ">>" "PTY" "A.MEM" should only take 2 or 3 seconds and the radio turns on.

you must press the buttons together i.e. at the same time
