124,000km? Is this a British car? Is that in miles or have you converted it for some reason?

Ads that aren't constructed with care and with accurate information make me nervous. It's the sort of thing scammers do, as they're knocking them out in bulk. Hence, if I were in the market, I'd skip onto the next.

I wouldn't worry, he's trying to help you. I'd also say you've chosen a good time to sell, prices seem very firm, the price looks about right. Unfortunately FSH is an often abused term, I'd specify how many stamps it's actually got, where they're from etc. Plus, confirmation that everything works, AC, vents HPI clear etc.
