xjs convertable hood replacement

Hi

I am looking to replace the hood on my xjc so i am looking for advice, is it worth doing it myself etc, also I need to know how to put the inner headlining back in, I am ok up till the the back end near the window, there are 2 wire type rods bent at the end with plasic ends, god knows howit all goes together , can any one help. Looking forward to your support and disscusions regards Phil

Hi,

I don't think it would be an easy jb to do yourself, unless you are skilled. A company called Aldridge Trimming supply & fit hoods, you will find them on the net.

Thanks for that Reg will call them tomorrow, had a few quotes, looking best part of 1k up to now
