Replaced the hose from the Intercooler to the EGR valve as mine had two splits in, was a little tricky getting the new one on.......... my arms look like i've been self harming..........!! in the end I took the egr valve of, fitted the new hose to the bottom connector (after replacing sockets, screw drivers that disappeared into the engine bay never to be seen again)
tightend up the clamp, then connected the hose to the dismantled egr valve and clamped that up...... then with alot of effort managed to get the egr valve fitted!!!! replace all connectors and air box, took for a drive and wow......... it was like driving a different car!! actually have some power.
I did have a small concern with the black smoke screen I was leaving behind when I first set off, but this soon cleared.
Glad I done the job though.
