I feel your pain mine went a few months ago.. It's a quite a straight forward job but if you have big arms and hands its a very tight squeeze and a bit sore lol..
My jubilee clip rounded off too so had to cut it off using just a hacksaw blade with about 3mm of movement lol..
If it evwr goes again ill be removing the front bumber :)
 
You only need to remove the undershield/ splashshield or whatever it's called. The bumper can be removed to make it easier to remove the intercooler itself.
Oh and I also used t-bolted clips, much stronger than jubilee
