Loose connection found can't see where it plugs into

Found a loose connection sitting under the battery today and couldn't see what it should be plugged into. The connector has PBT-GF10 and Amp 988405-1 on it (could be 966405 - eye sight) and has green and blue wires going into it, the other end disappears up under the battery somewhere. Anyone have any ideals what it is and where it goes?

That's the transit relay connector. It should be plugged into a dummy socket on the battery case.
