That is a little strange as the motors are diven off the seat module, so if one motor function works then all should, no real programming needed in theory.

Start be cross checking the three connectors below the seat and see if any of the main body harness has missing wires when compared to that of the seat harness, that might help to pin point what is missing (it might be as simple as a power ground missing).

May take a few posts this but firstly, there is a Gnd connection missing on the body loom at pin 6, bridge it on the seat side with one of the other Gnds (black wires) to see if its only this.

Well the best way is to add a wire to cavity 6 on body loom but, that will require the correct crimp terminals, for info pin 6 is power ground no2 from the seat module, in the correct loom this connects to a gnd distribution block just under the carpet below the seat. To prove this is the issue I would just bridge pins 5 and 6 on the seat loom temporarily to prove this is the only issue.

Passenger fuse box ? I've seen one in the boot and one under bonnet not seen Passenger one

Still nothing on seat movement put 2 20amp fuses in with the bridge no movement

 

And you still have the extra ground connection fitted on the connetor?

Also check for volts at the fuse

Next step will be checking for volts on the under seat plug
