Hello just wondering i need to change the knock sensors on my xj8 they seem so expensive are they specifically different on this car or will all jag v8 fit it's a 2001 3.2 i see them cheap for a s type v8 thanks

Hi Jay.
I used one from an XK8.Found it on ebay ,brand new unopened part.
The only difference is the cable is a bit longer.
Did look at others but the electrical connection looks different.
Was going to get one and swap the connections but then I found the XK8 one for £40.00.
If I need another one in the future I will try one from an S-Type considering the price difference.

It's only a two wire cable.
