Yes, all 5 speeders were MTX75's, both petrol and manuals.
Probably have a different bell housing though.

No, 6 speed boxes were MMT6's

 

The AWD versions use a modified version of the mtx 75 as no mondys came with awd. The 2.1 fwd X type uses the same though.

I hate to be pedantic, but none were SOLD with AWD. We made lots of them though

 

All 2WD 5 speeds are the same, all AWD 5 speeds are the same. (MTX75).
The 2.2 diesel 6 speed is the MMT6
